At the beginning of each construction, a design and engineering study is prepared by our design team, together with our partners civil engineers, mechanical engineers & architects, based on advanced software applications. All studies meet the provisions of Eurocode 3 and the New Greek Anti-Seismic Regulation EAK 2000.

For the construction of Metal Industrial Buildings, we use certified materials of excellent quality, which, combined with the excellent expertise of our workshops, ensure top aesthetic and functional results.

The construction materials of the frame of a Metal Industrial Building include:
  • Anchors (self-drilling screws) for anchoring the frame.
  • For the frame, we use IPN - IPE - HEA - IPBL HEB - IPB HEM Cavity Beams - Form Beams, with the appropriate cross-sections, according to the static study.
  • We also use Bearing Plates, Stiffness Plates, Frontal Plates, IPE Shears, Braids, Purlins, IPE Roof Headers and Windshields.

For the Siding – Shelling of a Metal Industrial Building, we use:
Polyurethane panels, hidden support and vertical installation consisting of two colored steel sheets of thickness and color of choice, with a core of polyurethane foam, density of choice and suitable surface treatment for resistance to extreme weather conditions.
The steel sheets are hot-dip galvanized, with a final external organic paint.
The joints of all the materials are excellent and ensure waterproofing, thermal insulation and a perfect aesthetic result since they follow the specifications of the curtains.

The Interior configuration of a Metal Industrial Building includes materials and constructions such as:
Internal and external corfiades, joint covers, frames, plasterboards, sheet metal, aluminum frames, windows, skylights, internal stairs, false ceilings, partitions, etc. If the building must comply with sanitary standards, then the surfaces have the corresponding treatment and paint.
